Five nights in a private room

In return, participants join the core sessions agreed before the event, help a local team with a prototype, share a skill and contribute to Friday's showcase — with protected time for existing work.

Arrival

Arriving & staying longer.

We recommend arriving November 22 or the morning of November 23. The proposed Monday program starts in the afternoon (JST, UTC+9).

If you arrive November 22, please book and pay for your own accommodation for that night.

Included accommodation ends with checkout on November 28. If you'd like more time in Hokkaido, we encourage you to book extra nights and stay through the weekend—additional nights are self-arranged and self-funded.
